Mondkatjes takes care of shipping your newly ordered face masks in accordance with the EU e-commerce regulations.
Once you order by our shop, we produce each Mondkatjes face mask by hand to fit your custom requirements. This is why it is very important that you choose the correct size.
Shipping costs
We ship our face masks from Haarlem, the Netherlands.
We ship to the Netherlands as well as to a number of European countries.
- Shipping costs to the Netherlands: € 2.85
- To other European countries: € 5.00
We ship slim packages that usually fit in a mailbox. Each shipment is associated with a track & trace code, so that you can monitor at any time its status and the location of the package.
Why these shipping costs?
While we strive to find the least expensive option, the costs of shipping small goods, such as our Mondkatjes face masks, have been subjected to a significant raise in 2020.
Delivery times
It usually takes us 1-3 working days to produce and ship a face mask, except on weekends and on public holidays.
Once we ship the item, you will receive a mail with the track & trace code.
Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are then usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Product isn't in stock
If the mask you ordered is not available on time, we will contact you to propose a later delivery date, return your money or offer an alternative.
Busy parcel delivery service
By some event the delivery times can be delayed and take longer than usual. Mondkatjes is not liable for any delays during the transport of the delivery companies.
Return policy
Our products can be returned within 14 days of ’cooling-off’ period.
The procedure:
- You must first contact us by email within the 14-day cooling-off period at ask@mondkatjes.com to let us know about your intention to return the item.
- After this notification you have another 14 days to return the product.
- Download and fill in the return form. Do make sure to include it as part of the package you send us back.
- If you claim your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
- In compliance with the EU regulations for webshops, you will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping.
- The shipping costs for returning the item to us are on your own account.
- The amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order by us. For more information about cancellation please read our Terms of Service.
